Bringing leadership and clarity to organizational change
Meyer Advisory Group offers values-based Governance advisory services for multigenerational family enterprises.
In a Family Business, there are three distinct components – the family itself, the business owners and the business operators. Family members may be in either or all of the components. And recognizing the conversations can and should be different is part of establishing sound proven governance models in each. Meyer Advisory Group has the experience and expertise to assist families in establishing new or optimizing existing governance structures.
“I truly believe in supporting and helping organizations that are focused on long term growth and prosperity. My focus and specialization on working with family led organizations and the not-for-profit sector allows me to add real value and insight that can enable this kind of long term vision and success.”
– Gerry Meyer, Founder and CEO
